EPT is a trusted, turnkey provider of precision pipe fabrication with a focus on process and power pipe fabrication. We have the capability to fabricate pipe up to 80’ in length and up to 60 tons. Stainless and nickel alloys are fabricated exclusively in a separate, 12,000-square-foot building, ensuring zero carbon contamination. We offer a variety of fabrication methods, including plasma and water jet cutting, bending, cold flaring, beveling and punching. All welding, fitting and tacking processes are performed by certified technicians.
EPT specializes in the re-manufacturing and fabrication of custom tanks and pressure vessels for the industrial and commercial sectors. We utilize a range of materials, including hastelloy, inconel, monel and chrome moly, as well as carbon and stainless steel – just to name a few. Our world-class facility is capable of managing massive vessels of up to 60 tons, 100 ft and 8 ft in diameter.
As part of its full-service pipe fabrication services, EPT offers three of the largest and most comprehensive blast and paint facilities in the Nigeria. Our custom, 54’ x 18’ x 14’ blast booths can accommodate any blast specification. Two, climate-controlled paint booths allow us to meet our customers’ detailed specifications in any season, regardless of the weather outside.
EPT provides complete heat treating services for pipes, storage tanks, pressure vessels, castings, die presses, steel frames, mining equipment, fabricated weldments and many other products. Our state-of-the-art SCADA Control Systems are capable of measuring and monitoring multiple attached thermocouples. Metals we treat include carbon and alloy steels, chromalloy, stainless steel, monel, hastelloy, incoloy, nickel, aluminum, ductile and gray irons. We even offer 24/7 operations for expediting rapid response jobs.
EPT NDE partners have 120 years of combined work experience. There are ASNT Level III certified testers for: Radiography, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual Testing, Ultrasonic Leak and Eddy Current Testing – as well as ASNT Level III ACCP Methods: Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant and Visual Testing.

EPT for Start-up and Commissioning services is the best way to ensure faster, safer,
and more efficient project completion and sustainable operation handover.
Commissioning and start-up is the final step before production runs in a processing plant. EPT is uniquely poised to perform commissioning and start-up and the accompanying trouble-shooting and problem-solving activities, whether as part of a design/build project or as a final step in an ongoing project.
Startup of today’s complex process units and power plants is demanding and requires careful planning and preparation of both the plant equipment and the operating organization. Each activity must be meticulously planned and then executed in the right sequence to avoid expensive delays during commissioning and initial operation. Our services can be divided into the following three areas:
1. Remote Installation and Pre-commissioning support is provided to help expedite the set-up process. In order to maximize the value of this service, documentation is provided with major components and systems to outline recommended procedures that can be completed prior to a technician’s arrival and/or start-up. This service can be made available at an hourly rate with EPT products whenever required by the Client. This service is billed at an hourly rate.
2. On-site Start-up and Commissioning services are available and can include activities such as oversight in installation, pre start-up system testing, post-start-up verification of installed equipment, and operator training. This service is billed at a daily rate.
3. For best results, on and off-site services are often combined into one service package ensuring smooth set-up and high efficiency levels during day-to-day operations.
EPT demonstrates experience in precommissioning, mechanical completion checkout, commissioning, startup and initial operating activities, and can provide the in-depth experience, procedures and personnel to prepare each unit to achieve a smooth startup.
